Certain occupations which involve long periods of standing, or carrying heavy objects, accentuate these conditions. Postural problems, for example: neck, shoulder or back pain, even headaches can be the result of lower limb problems. Badly aligned foot joints can cause pain, not only within the foot, but also in the knees, hips and lower back. Muscular tone and balance can be improved by correcting joint alignment, creating greater stability. Children, adults, the elderly and the sports enthusiast can all benefit.
